After I graduated high school I stopped working out for a while and I hated it. I don't know if anyone else felt the same as I did but I felt like i was starting to gain weight and get out of shape. That's when i started eating right and going to the college gym about twice a week. Over the summer a friend introduced me to a bodybuilding workout and I couldn't get enough of it. I came up with my own work out and started taking more supplements and now I'm where I am today.
Why I Love It:
I do it for personal gain. When I started, I set out to have a perfect body and I won't stop till I accomplish my goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and tell myself I could be better. I never give up on my goals and if I think I can be better then I will make myself better
