I wanted to wish you success in your body transformation. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. Always believe in your own inner strength and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be.
