Glad you got that over with and you are starting to feel better. I am working on the Fall/Winter line for the store. Its a lot with coats and furs and shoes and shirts that are really going to sell this winter.

doing well man - weekend was son so - had a bit of a bug and just was having hard time eating which SUCKS coz means i lost weight ...i felt it this morning too was weak - you doing well

going good so far getting some good workouts in working nights they suck buti do get my best workouts in on the night shift. i usally workout after i get up in the evenings im finsihed the P90X but im still useing the carido workouts every other day i workout as heavy as possible every other day 2 body parts a day whats up with you hows it going?

I can almost give up on finding a workout partner. I have to stay in shape because I'm the owner of a Men's Department Store and my customers need to see that I stay in shape and I'm able to wear the merchandise well myself. The fall season is coming and I really want to show off this year because of the great sweaters I'm going to carry.

Would be doing a lot better if I had a workout partner. Working on this chest and abs and it seems I'm stuck the harder I work I'm not seeing growth and I don't know why.
