hey man, thanks for the shout out. I'm working it hard in any way I can. making some gains --hit a new PR for bf% so that has me thinking i'm all that. LOL. actually it's keeping me motivated to see some real results. still bustin' my ass to get lean and ripped. how's the iron treating you brother?
