Having a great week so far. Sunday turned into my abdominal day, Monday was chest (lots of push ups and flyes) and today was back with some biceps for good show. Around 11:45 had that familiar feeling in my forearms and biceps, lactic acid. Back started with pull ups, then to low rows, high rows, barbell rows, cardio tonight. 7 weeks til first day of summer I think.

Yesterday 04/22 did abs and overall pump. Today is chest. Feeling good. New music on my ipod, good attitude, good nights sleep. Let's see how this morning goes

I have not posted lately as I intended. My workouts have been going great. 6:30 am start now but have been cardio deficient. On 04/22 I will be going to a yoga class for flexibility. I still have not chosen a competition but know that I need to soon. My diet is tuned in more. I will not lift today or tomorrow but start back strong on Monday with chest. Hope everyone has a great weekend
