What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Ask yourself whether you want a gym, fitness center, YMCA, rec center... and look for that in a gym. Ask for a tour and a trial. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I have decided that even with everything going on in my life at the moment, that each lift, each workout should always be all out. If I can't lift chest and max out, then I will rep out with weights as heavy as possible. And each workout needs to be as thorough as possible. Small...

Thanx for checking in bud. Janu is a BIG boy. He is nearly 4 yrs and next year I am gonna let him take part in the Nipper lifesaving training category. He's got a very strong frame so I reckon he is gonna look awesome with lean mass oneday. Talking and tunning around and VERY busy! How are u? G.

Thanks bro.. I'm working hard to get up to 210 solid. Its rough right now but I am going to make it work and have it look good by the time I get back to campus this August.
