How I Started:
I got sick of looking at myself and not being happy with my physic. So I turned things around and now with good dieting and exercise I'm seeing major improvments
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of an intense workout. It gives me a challenge to overcome.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is results. When I seen them I get and accomplishment feeling and it makes me want to work even harder the next time. Not to mention my trainer Troy gives me even more of a motivation boost!
BB Accomplishments:
Well probly my dieting. Im very strict but still have my cheat meal. Oh and getting my --- to the gym almost everyday. Now I plan on Bulking up to get some serious mass and a nice ripped body!
