I would like to continue my weight lost and become more defined, while maintaining my strength and power.
Goal (Long):
I have begin a diet high in protein with minimal carbohydrate and fat intake. I have also increased my cardio to sessions of 30 to 40 minutes 4 times a week. I hope that the combination of weight training, cardio and diet can help me reach my transformation goal.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

Man, I think we're going to be amazed when you get that 15-20 pounds of fat off of you. Ha ha, doing any cardio?
