How I Started:
I was overweight and found out that I had high blood pressure. I decided to make a change that would keep me alive.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because I constantly see changes in my body. Now if I can get the abs in check I will be on the right track.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reminding myself that as long as I stay healthy and fit my problem with high blood pressure does not exist.
BB Accomplishments:
My major goals are to become more toned, while maintaining sufficient size.

I would like to continue my weight lost and become more defined, while maintaining my strength and power.
Goal (Long):
I have begin a diet high in protein with minimal carbohydrate and fat intake. I have also increased my cardio to sessions of 30 to 40 minutes 4 times a week. I hope that the combination of weight training, cardio and diet can help me reach my transformation goal.

Man, you were right. That really is a simple chest workout. Diet sounds alright too.
