How I Started:
I saw myself eating a triple cheeseburger, with an extra sandwich on the side super sized for lunch everyday when I moved out on my own. When I reached my all time fattest at 220lbs, I decided I need a change in my life style.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it doesn't necessarily have to involve weights all the time. I can play a ton of sports still and manage to keep myself somewhat fit. I still have a long ways to go however I think. I enjoy the fact that I have muscles now instead of a lot of fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard for me to stay motivated. I'm often plagued by injuries which causes me to not work out. It also doesn't help that a lot of my friends don't work out either and they love to eat and drink. However, I do manage to persevere through this and stick to my goals and dedications.
BB Accomplishments:
In about 2.5 years, I've lost about 42 lbs. I've gone from having no neck at all, to having a skinnier neck. My body is no longer shaped like a box, and it is coming along. I think I will begin my training after my trip to NY in September, so I'll make sure I keep everyone posted!
