Reason: When you look at her you can see what real detication and hard work can do for you. And for being in the shape I'm in presently, it motivates me to keep working and eating clean and the biggest thing that sets me back, going out on the weekends. Its tough, but look at the results!

Reason: Abs like that dont come easy, I've never been able to see my abs, and for her to stay consistantly cut is rediculous. Hopefully I will see some definition in the near future.
