How I Started:
I finally just got tired of being fat. The beer gut got really to big. Everything else I never had fat on but the gut was getting to large.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of how I feel after. I feel awake, my senses heightened.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the changes in the mirror, but I also remember the number I used to be at.

I now do 5x5 but I used to do 3x8. I find now I do better with 5x5 and see better results.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 seconds. If it's something heavy like squats or leg press 1 minute.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pulled something in my upper neck area. It was when I tried to squat to much and on going up I felt it tear. I ended up getting a headache. I stopped doing the squats but finished the rest of my leg routine.

Well, our buses are back on the street. Just not all of them. But I am making due and in a way, this showed me something. I can get to the gym easier. I used to take an express bus and go to the gym downtown. Well. Now, I go to my gym near home where I normally go and just drive to what they call...
