Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
Dennis Website:http://musclemania.com/dennis.htm#week1
It all started when I was 18, trying to join the military. My recruiter said I was too overweight to join. I was 238lbs, almost a 40 inch waist. I was overweight! Really overweight!! My recruiter gave me a diet plan called the ATKINS! He also pointed out that I should start exercising. Well, 9 months later I lost almost 90lbs. Continuous Atkins dieting and weightlifting was the key. I lost interest joining the forces, but had the body i had always wanted. i was weighing 155 at one point, which was very unhealthy. I was 22 at the time. Now 29, still working out and dieting with better knowledge. i weigh 185lbs at 7.8%bodyfat. I had a 3 month lay off, now back on track! My goal is to gain 10-15 LBS. of lean mass. A month ago, I was weighing 190, with no abs showing! I am glad I have the knowledge and will-power to achieve. Bodybuilding and dieting will always be a huge part of my life!
Why I Love It:
All of my pics are taken by me. I have a huge passion for ART. I tend to mix in the art of photography with the art of sculpting a physique.Perfect combination....a powerful one! Whether its Bodybuilding, sketching, Cooking, Photography....any art...will always add pleasure to my life!
It gives you that extra confidence. It feels great to know that your body is in shape! It relieves stress and adds more power to your fist.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of the Rewards! Sculpting a body to perfection is an ART. Who doesn't want a perfect symmetrical body? I have a tremendous amount of will power that helps me day in and day out to accomplish my bodybuilding and dieting needs.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point I weighed 155lbs. I gained almost 40lbs of muscle to where I am now. It has been a rollercoaster ride for me when it comes to bodyfat levels. I have significantly gone from more than 30% down to maintaining levels at 6%. The key is educating yourself on nutrition and working your ass off persistently. Musclemania has discovered my willingness and strength for the sport and obtained sponsorship. Now the sky is the limit!

I have plenty of tricks and tips that will get you that lean body just in time for whatever occasion. In such a short amount of time as well. If you have any questions, I would be glad to answer them based on my experiences. You all train HARD and always remember there is someone out...
You're so welcome. :) I love all your pictures. You've got quite an eye for photography...the human body truly is an amazing piece of art, or at least it can be. Well done! :)
it's really amazing to have guys at your stage of the game looking out for the rest of us. thank you. you've got some really great stuff on your page/blog. would you recommend carb cycling and running in the morning on an empty stomach if you are naturally an ectomorph and have a hard time putting on/keeping muscle? i'm trying to make my abs and everything super defined, but i have an extremely hard time having abs and muscle at the same time. it's usually one or the other.
Apple installed new ram but when i got home after my 45 min drive.... No start up. Need to pay them another visit but i really hate crowded malls. Let me borrow a batch of sticky wheat pasta to throw at them?
