When I Started:
How I Started:
It all started when I was 18, trying to join the military. My recruiter said I was too overweight to join. I was 238lbs, almost a 40 inch waist. I was overweight! Really overweight!! My recruiter gave me a diet plan called the ATKINS! He also pointed out that I should start exercising. Well, 9 months later I lost almost 90lbs. Continuous Atkins dieting and weightlifting was the key. I lost interest joining the forces, but had the body i had always wanted. i was weighing 155 at one point, which was very unhealthy. I was 22 at the time. Now 29, still working out and dieting with better knowledge. i weigh 185lbs at 7.8%bodyfat. I had a 3 month lay off, now back on track! My goal is to gain 10-15 LBS. of lean mass. A month ago, I was weighing 190, with no abs showing! I am glad I have the knowledge and will-power to achieve. Bodybuilding and dieting will always be a huge part of my life!
Why I Love It:
It gives you that extra confidence. It feels great to know that your body is in shape! It relieves stress and adds more power to your fist.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of the Rewards! Sculpting a body to perfection is an ART. Who doesn't want a perfect symmetrical body? I have a tremendous amount of will power that helps me day in and day out to accomplish my bodybuilding and dieting needs.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point I weighed 155lbs. I gained 30lbs of muscle to where I am now. It has been a rollercoaster ride for me when it comes to bodyfat levels. I have significantly gone from more than 30% down to maintaining levels at 6%. The key is educating yourself on nutrition and working your ass off persistently,

Amazingly weighing 190Lbs after just 1 week of Cycling. A Diet high in protein and complex carbs, in my opinion, is contributing to fast weight gain while maintaining leanness. Amazing Product! I will post pics soon.....
Effects(negative)... Acne the first week, but it seems...
Sounds good! Have you put on weight with the food plan you on? Or is it to maintain? Looking for a good plan to put on good weight if there is should a thing?
