My doctor suggested a fitness routine when I was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes. I was drawn to the iron and just fell in love with the sport from there.
Why I Love It:
It gives me the opportunity to grow day in and day out as an individual. Regardless of what's going on in life, it makes me better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on one day at a time and never fear potential failure or setback. I change things up as to never let my muscles think they're going to have a chance to stop growing!
BB Accomplishments:
Part of the "400 CLUB."
