How I Started:
Needed to increase core muscle strenght following back op and two knee operations! Used to workout a lot during University days but following two full dislocations of both knees and then a microdiscectomy of two discs in my back everything went out of the windon. Now folloinf a course at work which got you to re-evaluate your life I am back at the gym and eatting healthy!
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling after a workout and the fantastic felling when looking in the mirror and being proud and happy with the way I look! Just love muscle!
