How I Started:
Being anorexic throughout my childhood and early teens, I couldn't actively participate in some of my favorite sports and passions. My training journey began at the high school gym during my junior year.
Why I Love It:
I've seen what dedication and hard work can get a person firsthand. It's one of the most powerful lifestyle tools which can truly enhance every aspect of one's well-being.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering what I looked like and was capable of in terms of performance in the gym.
My physique has undergone many changes through the years, whether due to injury, testing new supplements, and, admittedly, lack of commitment. After realizing how different I look and feel in comparison to the body I worked so hard to achieve, I decided to once again take out my old blueprints to success.
