How I Started:
I started weight lifting in Track and field in high school. I got interested in it and kept lifting since then. After high school I started to lift heavier. I have entered in 2 strongman competitions at ISU and now I am going to compete in a triathlon.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause it relives my stress when I work out. I think a lot when I work out. I think about future plans, problems that need solving but also how to improve myself personally. Plus staying in shape has been a major part of my life. staying healthy to live longer and for my future occupation (law enforcement)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my setting goals and entering in competitions to work at. If I didn't enter in any competitions, i wouldn't have any motivation to work out. So I enter in strongman competitions, and races. This way I am motivated by making myself train for compeitions to stay in shape.
BB Accomplishments:
-9th in ISU strongman competition, 2008
-2nd in ISU strongman competition, 2009
-2008, Nov. - 5k in 22 min 30 sec. (light he road 5k)
-2009, Jun - 5k in 22min. 36 sec. (jingle Bell run)

Goal (Long):
All my life I wanted to be down to a decent body weight. I am comfortabl at my current weight but I want to see f I can improve my weight to 200. I want to run a triathlon and a marathin int he future so I hope this can help.
Ths guy is the hardest working guy I kno. He is heading in the right direction and works as hard as he can to achieve his goals. Keep it up bro, you will jump over that wall very soon. just don't give up!
