As a joke, I started to pick up the weights at a gym I was dj'ing in and was hooked instantly on the rush of having my muscles pumped!
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel great. Plus, it is giving me an excuse to move to Venice Beach Baby, if I feel a need to get more serious with it!
How I Stay Motivated:
By watching Dexter Jackson and Jay Cutler in videos only of course , Greg Plitt for hitting cardio and getting abs and in shape MMA athetes like Roger " El Matador " Huerta!, Mac Danzig, BJ Penn, The kid has a great work ethic!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet at 39 around the corner though I don't feel that old to start! :)

He's seems to have listening to his body down to a science! Look at this guys progress pictures, he makes me wonder as a newbie natural how far can I go! Just amazing progress man!
I have a long way to go but apparently repping the basic 12, 10, 8, 6, with two 12 burnouts has gotten me pretty far. I am just concerned now that one arm is an inch bigger than the other
Seated Arm Curls 15x10, 15x10, 55x8, 55x6, 40x10 , 15x20 for the widow maker, I was screaming and had to drop the weights at 10 take a few more breathes than finish.
Preacher Curls 60x10 warm up, 110x8, 100x6, 100x4, than had an old lady look at me crazy when I went through a widow maker on...

Yes you are absolutely rt about that age thing..plus if you are training it is actually kind of fun to get older..gonna happen anyway so might as well make it FUN:) I am on facebook but not my space:)
Thanks so much..lets see eat more protein and good carbs brown rice oatmeal etc..LIFT HEAVY..you might want to try muscle milk too...if I was you I would grow slowly so add wt but not too quickly..I think you get more quality development this way:) Plus, you are young you have time:) CHEERS...
