My Workout Program

Seated Arm Curls 15x10, 15x10, 55x8, 55x6, 40x10 , 15x20 for the widow maker, I was screaming and had to drop the weights at 10 take a few more breathes than finish.

Preacher Curls 60x10 warm up, 110x8, 100x6, 100x4, than had an old lady look at me crazy when I went through a widow maker on this 50x20. The pain was unreal!

Biungular Lat Row, 110x15 warm up, 212x10, 212x5, 212x5, 100x20 Not fun! But fun! :p

Seated Row: 110x 10 warm up, 200x4 felt very dizzy! 160x5, 160x4, 160x3 100x15

Feeling very tired after doing this than going to math class! Anatomy tonight whoooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
