Background

When I Started: Oct 2008
HOW I STARTED:

In 2009 I was way too heavy and my BF% was high I was at 175lbs and felt bad about myself, I had to do something about my image.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I get a good sense of accomplishment afterwards and its a great hobby that lets me get away from everything else. It require discipline and focus which I believe is a big part of becoming successful in life.
