How I Started:
I was the "fat kid" in school that was non-athletic and uncoordinated.
Finally got tired of a large waistline and soft looking body. I am just beginning and looking forward to trimming down the fat and adding some muscular definition to my body. Always looking for suggestions.
Why I Love It:
The adrenaline rush and seeing the changes in my body. Tension and stress release...I have a job where I sit most of the day and I need to get up and move and push out my tension; weights are a great way to do that. Also I know that I will be healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
Feeling better than I ever have. My family...My wife...being a positive role model for my 3 kids and taking care of myself so I can be around longer to enjoy them.
