When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I started working out for football in October of 2003, needed to get stronger for the field. After a couple months of lifting I realized that I was making faster strength gains than most of the other freshman guys that started working out around the same time as me. By March of next year i was a freshman Benching 225lbs, and Squatting over 400lbs. I have always loved training, but I was eating as much as I could (didn't matter what it was) to gain weight for football. By the time i was a Junior I bulked up to 223lbs! (the heaviest I have ever been in my life, but i realized i packed on a considerable amount of fat) I did not get serious about bodybuilding until football was over, I started dieting and taking supplements (protein, multivitamin etc.) at around age 17, and by the time I graduated I cut down to around 180 lbs. From then on it has been a long journey trying to pack on lean muscle mass, and cut fat(the never-ending lifestyle of the bodybuilder) and I have been taking my training and dieting very seriously ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, I always have ever since the first time I stepped into the weight room. Once I step into the gym, nothing else matters; it is time to train. While I go through every grueling workout I forget about everything else, all of life's stresses: bills, school, errands. It makes me feel great, I love the feeling of a massive pump during a good workout. I love the way that one can change their body with hard work and hard work alone. I love the connection between bodybuilders/people who work hard everyday to better themselves, because they know how hard it is to stand out in a world where it is so easy to be fat and lazy.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is much more work to be done, I will not quit until I am satisfied. I do not need any outside motivation to continue. I do this for me.
(although outside motivation is great, especially from friends and family)
BB Accomplishments:
2006-2007 Cut from 223-177lbs =46lb weight loss
2008-2009 Bulked up to 205
Currently: on a cut from 205, aim is around 6 percent body fat. I'm guessing around 178-185 will be about right, maybe less. But hopefully I will get there!

Taking a break from the cutting gonna bulk for about 1 month, then we'll see where I am at to start cutting again
Goal (Long):
I want to take my body to its natural potential. Try to get as big and ripped as I naturally can, while maintaining aesthetic proportion and staying healthy. Maybe someday step on the natural stage someday if i ever get enough size, I know I have a long way to go, but I will stay dedicated to myself.
I make my own. Once you have been lifting for a while you know what works for you. I sometimes lift 3 or 4 times a week. But right now I am cutting on low calories and cardio so I like to lift 2 times a week to give myself enough time to recover so I do not waste any muscle mass in the processI make my own. Why I like this video: Of course, who doesn't love Arnold? One of the greats. Look at the beginning of the movie where they close up on his stomach! it's so awesome how small his waist and stomach is. ridiculous.
Serge Nubret - Classic Bodybuilder of the Golden E

Why I like this video: Probably the best physique ever. period. Way ahead of his time, and still manages to bodybuild at the age of 70 something.
Everyone knows that bodybuilding takes up a good amount of time, money, effort, planning etc. the list could go on forever. Actually, a very large amount of each to be specific; and more. Everyone can make excuses to give up, I have seen too many people give up on their dream of having their...

Thanks for the props! While many don't consider the Anabolic Diet a true CKD diet, I believe it is. I did not use the Anabolic Diet to in the beginning though. I switch last September.
Thank you very much! School just ended for me, so I am getting settled still after the move back home. Catching up on sleep, and training has been great this week. How is your's going?
