How I Started:
I was inspired by Indonesian natural bodybuilder Ade Rai and Komang Arnawa. The first time i started bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle when i was in highschool.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because it makes my body fit with better shape as a bonus, i feel more energy for every day activities.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read bodybuilding magazine, always updating knowledge about fitness and bodybuilding. Watch videos of my favorite bodybuilders.
BB Accomplishments:
Not yet, for now, just want to get a healthier and get a better shape.
