How I Started:
i really got started after i got done training for the army. i saw how good of shape the army got me and wanted to take it from there.
Why I Love It:
seeing progress is one of the best feelings in the world. I feel like i can do whatever i want when i'm in the gym. It's "me" time while in the gym
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at myself week by week and seeing progress. Feeling myself being in shape

Thanks alot brother. Yes it has been a major progression for me. But its never really over. Its a life long project. So whatever we do, its a plus for us. You keep at bro, you are going to reap the rewards mad sick nice.

David, you have made some awesome progression. You have a great physique and nice solid frame. Nice swole upper and nice definition. Being in the military im sure did the job. The calis you do is what I do every day in the gym, so I know it works. Its working well for you. Keep up the great work and dont give up brother.

Up you carbs to around 300gms a day, while keeping fat low and protein around 170gms... then take some creatine... you should hit 177 by your goal date.
