lots of hard work for this challenge.i didn't get the end result i wanted or even have 100 % focus i wanted but still did great.i ate good and worked hard.i was doing a shred program on here but decided to go back to my traditional workouts.so i went from doing reps of 100 to now back to the 8-12 range.i added cardio back in this last week.supplement wise i haven't really used much besides green tea and yohimbine.i been playing around with my calories intake to see what works.i know i... dizzle32 haven't checked my bodyfat in awhile. i'd use calipers but mine are in storage so i'll be going off the digital body fat scale at my gym.
