dizzle32 now doing fullbody workouts 3 days out the week the rest will be active rest days.we will carb cycling as well.

lots of hard work for this challenge.i didn't get the end result i wanted or even have 100 % focus i wanted but still did great.i ate good and worked hard.i was doing a shred program on here but decided to go back to my traditional workouts.so i went from doing reps of 100 to now back to the 8-12 range.i added cardio back in this last week.supplement wise i haven't really used much besides green tea and yohimbine.i been playing around with my calories intake to see what works.i know i... dizzle32 haven't checked my bodyfat in awhile. i'd use calipers but mine are in storage so i'll be going off the digital body fat scale at my gym.

iambatman23 I'm a veggie. 15 years :) My struggle is eating the recommended protein in all my 6 meals...... This is my first time focusing on adding muscle mass, so while I've never struggled getting my protein it's getting redundant for me eating the same things over and over and over with as much as I'm being told to eat now. RawesomelyFit I just don't have the extra psychological energy right now... the cold weather is a de-motivator too. The key to motivation is PAIN, unfortunately, haha. When the (perceived) pain of where you're at exceeds the (perceived) pain of moving to where you want to be- then you're motivated to take action. I'm thinking about making some kind of pasta salad to throw in the mix using edamame as the protein source. I'm running out of creative ideas for getting as much protein as I need. RawesomelyFit Ah! I think I had the Raw Meal... and I don't think they had flavors. The cold weather has really killed my motivation, plus TONS of stress too... new goal right now is learning Hebrew! haha ... focusing on my spiritual life... that's what's holding me together. Apr 4, 2013 9:06am

RawesomelyFit You actually like that stuff with just water!?! WOW! I had to have mine smashed in with a banana... yeah, the doc said he thinks I have GERD and put me on a special diet, but seriously I doubt that's it. RawesomelyFit Sorry this has taken so long... a severe chronic cough has presently derailed me from eating raw, although I need to get back to it... my head just isn't quite there yet (nor my wallet). What got me started? a family history of cancer... but it's a journey. Most people don't just jump into raw all at once. Why no meat? b/c it a concentration of fat and protein and is highly acidic to the body which creates an environment for disease to flourish! Apr 1, 2013 8:38am

RawesomelyFit Oops- my bad, I thought you said YOU didn't like the raw protein. I haven't seen BIG guys on 80/10/10 but Chris has a bit of muscle and so does Durian Rider... if you workout you'll be fine. The typical BB diet is wicked high in protein... read The China Study! When your protein calories begin to exceed 10% of your daily calories we start seeing disease, namely CANCER! Mar 22, 2013 7:56am

RawesomelyFit I didn't think you'd like it... keep trying different ways of preparing it. A bit tip for raw vegan is watch the FAT! It's so easy to mimic the SAD (standard American Diet) eating raw. A lot of stuff I drifted off into eating ended up being raw vegan junk food- and yes, there is lots of that. The simplest and healthiest raw vegan food is fruit and veggies. RawesomelyFit Oh YIKES! haha that raw protein is rough. I mixed it with a banana and some agave nectar and smashed it all together and made a pudding out of it- it was doable for me that way. What category of raw do you want tips on? Vegan? not purely vegan? fruitarian? Mar 20, 2013 8:49pm

RawesomelyFit Ih, not keeping up with workouts. I know exercise is supposed to help with stress, but not when it zaps you of all your energy. Carrying a load internally, but I'm handling it well- getting exercised in faith and character, haha, guess I need that more right now. Mar 20, 2013 1:29pm
