I was always so small naturally, i made a friend that was a bodybuilder and i learned initially from him and have researched ever since and grown
Why I Love It:
I love the hardwork and dedication and its something for ME

When i started i was a scrawny 130 lbs..now in my off season i hit 200 lbs and drop to 170 during diets..thats 40 pounds of added muscle mass folks.

Hey Dave, I find the rear delt machine a "waste" too if you don't go heavy enough. Try upping from 40-70lbs or so. Cheers! --Dawn Melanie
