Got a set of weights when i was about 12 n lifted them on and off n then started the Cleethorpes gym at 15, i then quit that after a few months of going there because it got boring. Then i did weights again and then started the esporta gym in april.
Why I Love It:
Good fun and i want to gain a lot of muscle mass.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lifting weights. My friends that i go with. Forums etc.
BB Accomplishments:
To gain lots of upper body muscle mass and to be able to curl 20kg sets of 10 by the end of this year.

I'm tryna imrpove my triceps and my pecks mainly.
Plus i want to be able to curl 20kg sets of 10 by the end of the year so far i have progressed onto 16kg sets of 12 but the first set i did 14 reps:)
yh, at 16 have fun, dont be obsessive about measurements and weight and just enjoy yourself. Also, dont try and go too heavy and build up those supporting muscles.... set yourself a solid base for the future. Enjoy
