1.5 weeks into the pre-contest diet and I can already see some changes!! Really enjoying this so far :)

Background
My dad went on the ABS Diet and bought a weight bench to put in the garage. I always wanted to weight lift but I couldn't join a gym, so when he started using it so did I. I started to love the physiques of Figure icons like Nicole Wilkins and Erin Stern. I attended my first show last summer, and from that moment on, I knew I had to be up there with the other Figure girls.
I love seeing the way hitting the weights shapes my body, revealing what I had hidden away under there from my heavy days. It's my passion and it gives me a sense of calm, accomplishment, and like I'm worth something.

First off, my favorite supplements:
1: Dymatize Elite Xt time released protein in Fudge Brownie. Let me tell you something about this stuff, I got in on accident and I could not be happier with it! I'll mix 4 ounces of water, 1.5 scoops of the protein and 1 tbsp of Naturally Delicious peanut butter, blend it up and then freeze it for at ;east 2 hours
