My dad went on the ABS Diet and bought a weight bench to put in the garage. I always wanted to weight lift but I couldn't join a gym, so when he started using it so did I.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a sense of accomplishment and it makes me feel strong. I feel like I can accomplish anything I set my mind to and plus it makes me look good so I feel good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pictures of my favorite fit female role models...Jillian Michaels, Jamie Eason...posted up. I want to look like them, so seeing how they accomplished their goals keeps me going.

Goal (Long):
I want to gain some more muscle mass so I look leaner and add some bulk to my petite frame. The last little bit of belly fat I have I want to lose so my six-pack can actually see the light of day and so I can feel more confident at the beach in my bikini.

LOl:P Yeah we got some crazy guys at my gym. theres this one guy that comes in every day, and he never works out! He just sits on the machine, and stares at the yoga class all day! When I see him in the mirror, I always crack up laughing. Almost dropped the bar on myself one time!

U used 2 watch tv on the tread, till dat one day I got to focused on the show and I slipped and banged my head on the board. Damn, talk bout embarassing! Nobody wants 2 be dat guy! Ha,ha.
I'm doing pretty good, started bulking about 2 weeks ago, i've started to enjoy eating a lot, my parents don't like me clearing the fridge of food. Just got back from a greuling back/shoulder workout. Good luck with the bodybuilding spokesmodel cotest already voted for you.
thats awesome. Cant wait to see the results. I know that im gonna get them back tho once i cut down because they stillt here but this time they may jus be more defined due to all the work im putting on them.
