I've always liked sports and wanted to try something new. And loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Learning new stuff every day, unreal, too cool!!!
Once it becomes a way of life, there's no turning back. With enough knowledge (and good genes) you can mold your body anyway you want to... That's an awesome challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is probably the toughest for me. But BB.com and certain friends can keep me on track. After a bit of (unwanted) down time, I am back on track. Knowing I'll be back on the island St. Maarten in 3 weeks, obviously helps me to get as solid as I can.

divechick changed Body Fat from 28.7% to 17.3%, a loss of 11.4 percentage points in 18 days
I would like to get back in shape.
Get fit again, strong, beautiful...
I should be able to get leaner again. I would like to see my six pack...
Can't seem to stay motivated when I don't lift weights though. So I'm just gonna go for it, build up that muscle again, loose the fat again and walk with my head up high.
I can do this...
I have been trying to get back on track for months now, but seriously lacked the motivation. Meeting someone in St Maarten last month that has so much positive energy and honest feedback ("you'd probably feel better about yourself if you'd shed some of the jiggle... " seems a bit...
Thanks for the friend add. My progress had been on hold as I have been out of the gym for a while. I have begun light workout at home and as my motivation level raises I will return to the gym. Best of luck to you in accomplishing all your health and fitness goals. Take care and have a great weekend.
Nicky, don't sweat it over what your scale says. Those can be VERY inaccurate. Mine says I'm at 5% BF. I'm in decent shape, but no way I'm that low, which is what BB'rs are at for a contest. And NICE LEGS in the progress pic. Keep charging. :)
You look pretty soild already. We are our own worst critics. The picture on the boat made me long for the ocean. It looked refreshing. I hope you stay motivated!
