Goal (Short): DREAMING OF A SIX PACK AND A LIFE LONG CLEAN DIET !!!
Goal (Long): I would like to see my six pack. Which probably means I would have to loose another 7 lbs of bodyfat. Been on a pretty clean diet lately. Still struggling with the weekends (friends, floattrips, drinks and snacks....) but I know I'm slowly getting there. Planning for a Duathlon in August and maybe a Triathlon somewhere down the road. Not sure right now where I want to focus on, strength or cardio...
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 15%

that wt matters. u've put on some muscle mass... yesterday was my first going to the gym, I'm feeling sore. it was a full-body workout. this week will be a warm up week...c ya in better shape!!
