I've always liked sports and wanted to try something new. And loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Learning new stuff every day, unreal, too cool!!!
Once it becomes a way of life, there's no turning back. With enough knowledge (and good genes) you can mold your body anyway you want to... That's an awesome challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm just starting to get motivated again. I had sort of changed my goals from muscular to more lean and athletic, but that doens't work for me I guess. I can't get my ass going if it's for cardio only. So, I'm going back to the gym to lift weights and maybe do some interval training on the side. Continue the yoga, 'cause it makes me feel good inside!

I would like to change my shape a little.
I should be able to get leaner. I would like to see my six pack...
Can't seem to stay motivated when I don't lift weights though. So I'm just gonna go for it, build up that muscle again, loose the fat again and walk with my head up high.

hey whats up...thanks a lot..training is going great..actually getting ready to go to bootcamp for the coast guard so i been doing a ton of running and circuit training..trying to get into some serious endurance shape..hows everything going with you...looking very good on the new diet.
Well thanks!!! I wish I had a fast metabolism! Yeah I do follow a pretty strict diet, but right now I'm consuming more calories because I want to add on some size but it's still really clean.
So you plan on running a marathon soon? How's that going?
Hi Ya, I am mixing 3 nights of intensive weight training with 3 nights of easy running at the moment, trying to burn of the X-mas fat and start my marathon specific training later this month, lots of carbs, fish, turkey, snack on blended berries with ground almonds, or yogurt with ground almods.
