I would love to lose 10 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle. I want my story and struggle to be an inspiration to others so they will get up and get moving too and realize that they are able to overcome also.
Goal (Long):
I want to be consistant with my nutrition and cardio for more than 6 or 7 months @ a time. I want to be able to fit comfortably in my jeans instead of squezzing into them. I want to have a shape that will inspire people. I want to get to 12- 15% bodyfat. I want to feel great in my skin.

I want to LOSE 12 lb

Creating a clean diet and adding in cardio 3-4 times a week will bring out that muscle you already have. You can make it even better by adding in weight lifting as well. All up to you!
