Goal (Long):
I want to be consistant with my nutrition and cardio for more than 6 or 7 months @ a time. I want to be able to fit comfortably in my jeans instead of squezzing into them. I want to have a shape that will inspire people. I want to get to 12- 15% bodyfat. I want to feel great in my skin.
Her transformation is absolutely amazing! She looks as if she has been where she is forever. Taking a look at her progression pictures,they say to everyone, that there are no excuses. She proved that if you take yourself out of your comfort zone and put in the work, that ANYBODY can transform their body. There are no excuses and she showed us, leading by example.
She works really hard. She pushes her body to the very limit. Her extra hard work shows in her amazing physique. She is not afraid to share her knowledge.

Nice, You Bulking?! I smell a monster being created. Lol! Works outs are going Great, Eating Clean and Training like a Machine! you know what I mean? Lol!
Creating a clean diet and adding in cardio 3-4 times a week will bring out that muscle you already have. You can make it even better by adding in weight lifting as well. All up to you!
