How I Started:
I started working out at a young age, every summer I would go to my local tennis club and would swim on the swim team there, I also played sports during that time soccer, and softball. In high school I continued to compete in swimming on my high school's swim team. Now being out of high school, I am trying to get into a workout routine and keep heathly.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from working out. When my muscles are sore and I know I did a good job. I know I need to improve and I think that what makes me keep working out and loving it. I want to be heathly!
How I Stay Motivated:
My biggest motivation is myself because I know i could do it but then I am also learning that I need to keep motivating myself to do it! I love reading fitness magazines Oxygen, Fitnees RX and Woman's Health are my top three favorite magazines that I do find motivation in. Also I think because I have the goal to compete someday that lets me stay motivated as well!

All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was in high school I started reading Oxygen after I saw MADE and realize that I would really like to do that! I wished that I could be as strong and muscular as like the ladies in the magazine. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a an amazing body (I know it's there somewhere) I know I have the figure for this! I want to look healthy and do weight training with proper diet should not be filled with drugs I want to this all natural! I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 24 months and by the time I am 22, YOU WILL SEE ME ON STAGE!!

Okay so I don't really understand the posting, I posted a blog last night but it never got posted for some reason so I am going to try and rekindle my thoughts and post it again.

I'm super excited as today is my first day of my intense workout regimen and clean eating lifestyle.. YEAH!!...

dont worry i understand i have finals all this week to and their driving me crazy i need to be on break already lol my work outs r ok i gain 13 lbs which is good but getting to the gym and having enough time to study is hard
