I have 4 kids to care for and also my Dad who is 76 yrs old. I was slacking at every area of my life and decided that my health and being out of shape and overweight was to blame since I am generally a positive person. I set some goals and got to work and have seen some awesome results.
Why I Love It:
I get so energized and feel like I can do pretty much anything after a workout and a protein shake. I love watching my muscles contract..now that I can se a few under all the FAT!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I write goals for the next day every night. I have short and long term goals, but those daily goals give me a map to live by everyday. So if its not on my map to eat something bad I dont eat it.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a size 14/16 to a size 8 in 9 weeks. When I began lifting it was a 5lb dumbell for bicep curls and that was hard!! Now its 15 lbs and sometimes 20.
KICK ASS progres gurl! Pics do say a thousand words, and yours deff does as well! Keep it up, work hard. I saw a comment on here today that said, "The best taste is the feeling of being Healthy!" hehe.. Right On
