How I Started:
I got started by seeing my cousin bodybuilding. He was huge and I wanted to be just like him. He gave me help and tips, and I've never looked back.

Lift heavy! and I mean H.E.A.V.Y - But dont ever sacrifice form for weight. FORM IS ESSENTIAL.
