I've gained 5 lbs, and am now at 135.
However, I had to buy smaller pants. I've gone from a size 12 to a size 8 in two months. I believe I'm finally putting on some muscle tone.

LOL...your "problems" aren't as bad as you think (we are all our own worst critics). 15lbs is an achievable goal...clean diet, lots of cardio..I use treadmill, but any equip that gets your heartrate up for 30 mins 4xweek, combined with good diet. L.K.
