Mon, Wed, Fri- Doing the beginners routine. 4 sets of 8 of:

Benchpress- 95 lbs.
Squats- 95 lbs.
Stiff leg Deadlift- 95 lbs.
Curls- 40 lbs.
Overhead press- 40 lbs.
Bent over rows- 50 lbs.
Calf raises- body weight

The rest of the week, I walk/jog the treadmill for 41 min. and afterwards I do...
