i started to have really bad knee and feet pains and i just plain felt ugly :(
Why I Love It:
i love seeing the my roll get smaller

i 1.keep reading oxygen over and over :)
2.when i lose enough weight i want to enlist in the national guard!

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself; possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and the speed that they can occur. Let us know if we can be of assistance.
