How I Started:
i started to have really bad knee and feet pains and i just plain felt ugly :( its funny because ive been fat for a long time but i just didnt care until the day after my ex and i broke up it was like i had a new sense of freedom and happiness june 16 - break up june17 - clean all the bad food out of my kitchen and really got on the nutrition ball july 8- joined a gym
Why I Love It:
i love seeing the my roll get smaller
How I Stay Motivated:
i 1.keep reading oxygen over and over :) 2.when i lose enough weight i want to enlist in the national guard!

i havent starting "building " yet but i can speed walk 2 miles now and bought some dumbells
