I was always in shape for wrestling in high school, but couldn't gain weight or size very easily (mainly because i was young at this.) I started getting more educated about lifting during my first deployment and from your regular magazines, reading materials, and others in the gym. I'm still a hard gainer but i have been able to put on a good amount of weight these last few years, nothing amazing but something to be proud of.
Why I Love It:
There isn't one thing about it i dont like. Maybe because i havent had to do any cardio yet and just bulk year round...lol
How I Stay Motivated:
this website, others in the gym, and being at the Arnold in '08 will always keep me going( thanks OJ).

I just want to get as big, as strong, as proportional, as thick, as solid, and as balanced as possible... did i say as BIG as possible?

since day 1! this was the fastest guy on the wrestling mat, made me want to work even harder a practice and b/c of that i got to start next to him... since then he hasnt let anything stop him... you look great buddy... keep up the hard work... ill see you in the end!

Where do you get your workout programs?
now i make them, since ive learned to listen to my body and not others, my progress, training, and results have increased astoundingly.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
lifting too much, focusing on only the mirror muscles (and now i hate myself for it, sorry triceps, sorry hams, sorry rear delts, sorry lats)... not lifting legs at all... not eating enough...
i take 4500 mg on top of what whats in my protein shakes too... but i thrash my body in the gym so im thinking about doubling up... any down side to adding more l-glut to my diet besides running out of supply faster? any advice?
went to al asad 2009 amateur bodybuilding show tonight...oh did i feel the passion in the air...it was the sweetest smell and tasted even better...i want more!!! b easy hot bitch!
Hey man...well i hit my goal weight of 191!! Most i have ever wieghed. I just finsihed my bulk, and now im droping weight and seting the reps high..oh and alot more cardio!! See where that gets me
