I always want to be bigger, stronger, faster then the next man/suspect/criminal/bad guy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My inner voice of pride. It is the voice only I can hear, pushing me to the brink of exhaustion, demanding excellence and condemning failure. Failure, understand, is the driving force behind me. I have experienced failure, and now I train so I will not experience it again. My inner voice knows the difference between training and just exercising. Alot of people exercise, stopping when they have reached a perceived limit, or when it becomes uncomfortable to continue. But only I have the heart and desire to train unconditionally. Every day I will push past my physical and mental limits. Every day I will push past the pain and discomfort. I have the character to understand that training makes them quicker, faster, stronger, but most importantly, allows them to gain a mental edge over the next man. So when failure laughs in my face as I desperately try and earn the respect of that last repetition, it must realize one thing: Each time I train, I not only hear, but I answer My Inner Voice
I find "BIG KONCRETE" inspirational in that he's ALL NATURAL and he is a livin model that you can be BIG and still be ALL NATURAL. I'm with you "BIG CONCRETE," NATURAL TIL I DIE!!!!!
hey man quick question if you don't mind me asking im about to start taking kre-alkalyn and how many pills should i take the product said take 1 to 2 capsules..how many capsules do you take a day four or just two? thanks
I am doing so well. This has been another fantastic week in the gym. For some reason, I've just had energy to spare these past few weeks. I managed to get a personal best (triceps) yesterday and that made me very happy! Hope your training is going well too. You've gotta show up no matter what but isn't it CRAZY FUN when all the pieces fall into place...
