I have always been extremely interested in bodybuilding but lacked the determination.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling better about myself and I highly respect the pro bodybuilders and know that someday if I continue to work at it that I'll be at that level.
How I Stay Motivated:
I picture what I want to look like and how I want to be percieved. I want to be percieved as very dedicated, beautiful, strong woman just like all the fitness models and fitness competitors before me.

My goal is to get my body fat percentage in the 12-13% range. I had a baby june of 2006 and want to transform my body. My long term goal is to become a top fitness model and maybe even competitor. I'm just shy and not sure if I can gain the confidence to compete. So I guess confidence is yet another goal of mine.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

How was yo Thanksgiving? Mine was crazy and fun. All my male cousins wanted 2 sleep in my room. It was sooo ****ing packed. So I gotta do alot of cleaning now. LOL!!! Next time they're gonna help me clean my room before they leave. LOL!!!

I have been struggling with my workouts but mainly because of my schedule, I've been trying to get in some running to burn more calories. I am in Indiana.
its very funny that you mention that about the shirt, because i was browsing their clothing here and i actually bought the shirt that says "No the shirt isn't small, i'm just big" lol. But i was actually going to buy a shirt a week and the one your husband has is the next one i was gonna get
my workout is going very well. I actually just put on some more weight of muscle and my arms and legs are looking better than ever. And the funny thing at work happen, because i come in to work wearing a short-sleve shirt and my co-workers ask me. Wow man what you been taking steroids. That put a smile on my face but told him no its just dedication and motivation and time. But what are your current goals for working out?
