nah, I have to eat really bad to start adding bodyfat...plus I usually get in a good 30min a day of either running or swimming cardio...I went from about 14% down to 8-10% during my last cut and I havent had too much trouble keeping it that way...I'm naturally scrawny, grad high school at 6'0'' 155lbs

just that good ol ecto metabolism and trying my best to eat decently, will power doesnt always work though haha...cardio and intensity in the weight room

just try to eat over your maintenance amount of calories...there's calorie calculators on this site just do a quick search, make sure your protein comes from clean sources like lean beef/chicken/fish, carbs are not processed(low sugar, stay away from white pasta/bread), and make sure you get good healthy fats...you should only get protein from shakes 2-3 times a day, aim for a total of at least a gram of protein per pound of your bodyweight each day...good luck bro

Right now I'm just keeping my calories low and making sure what I do eat is pretty lean and getting my protein in, not really any strict diet...its pretty hard to recomp like that though. You might wanna try to just bulk up without gaining too much fat and then work on cutting it down and maintaining the muscle u put on...good luck bro
