In reality, it was actually a pretty epiphanic day. But I won't bore you with the details...Lets just say that a big dude picked on me for my 117 pound physique. I will murder him one day.

Why I Love It:
Training/Dieting....These things give one discipline and eventually build character in an individual.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tend to set short term goals and go about achieving them. This keeps me confident and surely motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I believe there is a sense of fulfillment in everything that is done. Be it adding 10 pounds to the squat, or giving advice to someone in need, there is greatness and fulfillment in everything we do.
I change it up every week. The only thing that remains the same are the major lifts that I start my workouts with (Power Cleans, Squats, Bench Press, Deadlifts, Mil. Press).
