My Workout Program

I've been working with 4 lifts per body part, 12 reps and 3 sets. I weight train two body parts a day, and lift every other day. On the off days, I do between 50-60 minutes of cardio, and abs nearly everyday.

onethirtyseven bah i'm not a tightwad with my shit. But opening it up and finding it almost empty and my oatmeal gone was a buzzkill. Haven't been to the gym since april. But for sure man i'm going to do a ketosis cut and slowly bring in carbs and supplement it with vitamins. You'll see! Oct 1, 2008 12:51pm

onethirtyseven awe i'm good but not great, put on about 20 lbs so now i'm back at 220lbs. Once i'm moved i'm back on the horse, godamned roomates eating up all of my shit and drinking my protein. So I haven't been dieting, eating like a sloth. ARG I hate it! Oct 1, 2008 12:29pm

onethirtyseven Thats the way to do it. I need to start setting aside like about 3-4 bills a month to get my eating really on target. You gotta stockpile on fresh stuff and yada ya. Going to write out my proposed diet and costs and blog that pretty soon. Once I break back under 200 i'm going to diet very strictly and I'll shoot down to 170 in no time. onethirtyseven haha dickhead. I played tennis for like a hot minute, like HOT HOT minute. I never was on the team or any of that shit! I haven't been pumping any weight at all this week going to do cardio and stick with that for a week. Most likely will start two a days up next week again. Jun 27, 2007 7:16pm
