I have always been involved in sports, but never really got into working out till I hit my college years. After so many attempts to get "ripped", I finally decided to just have fun with it. I always said this is going to be the year, but never followed through. Well I finally took more initiative, and got into a workout that will, I hope get me there!! My biggest lack is nutrition, but I hope to change that too.
Why I Love It:
Gives me more self confidence, and a better feeling overall. I need to be in top shape because of my career.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family keeps me motivated! I need to come home every night for them!

Well, week two came and went. My weight is up and down, but I am staying consistent with lifting! Still working on the whole nutrition thing, but not 100% on that yet.
Week three- I can definately feel myself getting stronger. My waist is slimming down some and I am trying to go heavier...
Yeah that would be great going federal. Im still waiting on WVC. I was #2 on their list, and they re-poened it so i have to re-apply, im pretty pissed off about it.
