Ever since I was younger I enjoyed working out. I would jump rope and do aerobics with my dad. I was always really skinny though. My freshmen yr of hs I weighed 130. I started lifting and ate during every class. By my senior yr i was 205.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is my way of showing to myself and others that I am disciplined and powerful. It is literally addicting and exciting.
How I Stay Motivated:
NATURAL bodybuilding is so much more difficult b.c. my progression is limited. I try to make sure that I'm working out for me and me only. If my eating is in place then my workouts benefit. If i have no motivation then there is probably something wrong with my diet.
