How I Started:
Well last year I worked really hard and got into good shape in Iraq, but moving back to the US and starting a new job caused me to lose almost all of the progress I had made. Now, once again I'm aiming to make fitness a priority in my life; for GOOD!
Pretty short and sweet I love watching "Pumping Iron" and even though I dont wanna be that big (aka like a behemoth) I do want to have some significant gains this year.

Ok so here is my blog on my progress so far...I came back from vacation and decided to do a bulk cycle before I try to start cutting and toning for spring and my April vacation. I've gained weight since I staterd this but lost a few pounds because I think I try to watch what I eat a little more....
