How I Started:
Well last year I worked really hard and got into good shape in Iraq, but moving back to the US and starting a new job caused me to lose almost all of the progress I had made. Now, once again I'm aiming to make fitness a priority in my life; for GOOD!

I like to feel good and be healthy...

Ok so here is my blog on my progress so far...I came back from vacation and decided to do a bulk cycle before I try to start cutting and toning for spring and my April vacation. I've gained weight since I staterd this but lost a few pounds because I think I try to watch what I eat a little more....


Current Supplements:
BSN CellMass, 50 Servings, Arctic Berry Blast

Reason: I like taking it for its recovery drink value, I'm usually not sore the next day from lifting.

Reason: I wanted to try and gain some mass before I start trying to cut in the spring.
