Tues and Sat/Chest and back, superset 3 exercises for each bodypart for 3 sets each. Lower back and abs, superset one with one exercise for each of those bodyparts with 3 sets each.
Wed/Legs, superset 3 exercises for quads and hams for 3 sets each exercise. Calves and abs, superset one exercise each for 3 sets.
Sun/Delts and arms, superset 3 exercises for delts with 3 for abs 3 sets each. Superset 3 exercises each for bis and tris 3 sets each exercise.
Monday/indoor soccer
Friday/ice hockey
I do a high intensity cardio workout after my Tuesday chest and back session.
Basically, I do chest and back twice a week. Legs get hammered 4 times, once with weights, once with HIIT cardio and the other two times with sports which is mirrors HIIT cardio, delts and arms get worked only once but anytime you're working your chest and back you're working your delts and arms indirectly. |
