My new goal is weightlifting goals, bench 225x3, 15 pullups, 225 deadlifts, I want to maintain my bf level but gain pure muscle. Thanks for the compliment Emily. Can't wait to see more of ur pics.

Basically how do you break up your bodyparts? Do you work each bodypart once a week or twice a week. You can read my training program on my page. It is a great routine for getting cut and also gaining quality mass. I'm looking for a change though. I want to gain some pure muscle.

Awesome about your legs. I love when women have great athletic legs. Hang in there buddy cause once finals are over you can kick ass. My goal has been reached and exceeded. Time for a new goal for me. ttyl.
