How I Started:
I was always interested in fitness from a young age. I got serious in 2006 to prove I could get in the best shape of my life.
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling of being strong, healthy and the ladies love it to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I was out of shape for awhile and used to smoke and eat a lot of garbage. I don't want to go down that road again.

Flat bench press supersetted with close grip pulley rows 135lbsx12 155lbsx10x10 105lbsx12x12x12
Incline db presses supersetted with wide grip barbell rows 45lbsx12 50lbsx10x10 115lbsx10x10x10
pushups using a bar balanced on a bosu...

Thanks! Good point about the core body use during surfing, I do know one thing, my paddling has improved 100% both for endurance and sprint - I love that feeling of power!!!!!
