How I Started:
Have been lifting on and off since I was 18. November 2006 I set a goal and finally got ripped again after several years of never really being consistent. No other feeling like it.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing like the feeling you get of pumped muscles and feeling healthy, alive and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've been out of shape before and I've been in great shape so it's a no brainer, being in shape is a lot more fun! It doesn't hurt that the ladies notice either.
What can you say about this man that hasn't been said already. The guy is 48! FOURTY FUKING EIGHT! Remember when you were a kid and you thought about being 48? You would probably imagine yourself looking soft, old and slow. Well look at this guy then!!!!
I'll do 3 days of interval cardio sessions and 1 day of long steady state cardio.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I don't really diet but have a general eating plan. I try and eat nutrient dense foods that aren't processed. I try and keep things light and natural. I try and avoid sugars and refined carbs. I eat a lot of nuts, flax seed bread, rolled oats, fruits, lots of water, green tea, whole wheat pastas and breads. I don't know what alien took over my body today but it loved junk food. Someone from work brought little old moi some xmas cookies so not to be disrepectful I ate one..then two...then three, well you get the picture. If that wasn't bad enough someone decided to buy our office pizza...
Tues and Sat/Chest and back, superset 3 exercises for each bodypart for 3 sets each. Lower back and abs, superset one with one exercise for each of those bodyparts with 3 sets each.

Haha im not putting any pictures up until like january maybe before my birthday im not sure, but i have enforcement a tough diet that will hopefully help me in loosing some extra fat.
Ahhh, it's goin. I have been busy with finals and work so I didn't get a chance last week to git the gym. The time I had was to shower and sleep. Driving to Cleveland everyday gets pretty annoying time wise. everything is gonig good. I wish I could just lose the weight and never see it again. Ive lost 5 pounds but i think from spinning i am gaining muscle. I love my powerful legs and spinning is my favorite exercise. How is everything going with you? How's your goal going?
Thanks :) Same here...and loving it too! I actually lost a few more pounds for a total of 20...not sure where it all came from LOL I think my next goal is just gonna be to lift heavier weights...gonna use the lifting stats thing on here to keep track...should be fun :)
