Have been lifting on and off since I was 18. November 2006 I set a goal and finally got ripped again after several years of never really being consistent. No other feeling like it.
Why I Love It:
There is nothing like the feeling you get of pumped muscles and feeling healthy, alive and strong.
Work out with weights 4 times a week and cardio minimum 3 times a week. Absolutely no junk food until end of November. Kick hard in the gym and when playing sports. I'm back biatches!!!!
I'll do 3 days of interval cardio sessions and 1 day of long steady state cardio.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I don't really diet but have a general eating plan. I try and eat nutrient dense foods that aren't processed. I try and keep things light and natural. I try and avoid sugars and refined carbs. I eat a lot of nuts, flax seed bread, rolled oats, fruits, lots of water, green tea, whole wheat pastas and breads. Tues and Sat/Chest and back, superset 3 exercises for each bodypart for 3 sets each. Lower back and abs, superset one with one exercise for each of those bodyparts with 3 sets each.
Wed/Legs, superset 3 exercises for quads and hams for 3 sets each exercise. Calves and abs, superset one...
haha well looks like uve got a good advantage over me as of two weeks ago... i havent been to the gym!! school is majorally kicking my ass becasue i left it too long.. and i was sick on top of eveyrthing. Plus i dont want swine. The routine will start again tho on Nov. 18... all done my assignments! and i will go hard... you bet ur ass i will. Its not over yet buddy.
hey there! Still in the bathroom I see. LOL. I'm okay. Battling an ankle injury, not very consistent in the gym lately, but it's all good. Busy with family and the freaking holidays coming up. How are you? You look good.
