hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Hi Pal , all Good here . yeah still Training ! bit of a **** time of year .. Need some Sunshine , always train better in Summer . How are You ? done any courses ?
If your not a mature student then A'levels or contact Uni and ask their entry requirments, prob entry exam . YMCA courses are fairly expensive but you can get help , Vocational Tax reduction or Pay in instalments , also check with them as things change . A Degree is not as Important as Personalty , Passion and Looking the Part . as Long as You have at least one reconised qualification you can start and Build from there
Hello M8 , Well I Had Many Jobs before I went to Uni , But Had passion For Fitness. I went To Brunel in West London , BSc Sport science & Leisure Management .(its changed a lot since 93)
I would recommend The Y.M.C.A Courses done at Central YMCA in London they give You a Good sound knowledge to start your career , Try and have many strings to Your Bow by having other expertise ie Massage or other therapy .
You can ask Me stuff any Time M8 ..Alex

yes for sure man you should consider it - there is alot to it ... you have to be ready mentally 1st before you can get there physically ( if that makes sense).. I am bulking now - get as much size on me as I can ... it's tuff!
lol, that explains it. Well, met-rx is a brand, not a specific supplement, but I don't think they have anything that should be a problem. Might want to make sure and double check though
