How I Started: i started my exercises at home i buyed a set of barbells and a bench and i got a exercise book from the internet thats how i started it, then i joined a gym and know i do different exercises for different muscles.
Why I Love It: i love working out because it makes me feel more confortable with my body and he makes me feel good with myself.
How I Stay Motivated: i stay motivated, because i got a spotter at my located gym and he is my gym buddie.

yes for sure man you should consider it - there is alot to it ... you have to be ready mentally 1st before you can get there physically ( if that makes sense).. I am bulking now - get as much size on me as I can ... it's tuff!

lol, that explains it. Well, met-rx is a brand, not a specific supplement, but I don't think they have anything that should be a problem. Might want to make sure and double check though

Thanks. Right now I'm taking my usual whey, wms, and creatine mono. I'm on e/c as well but since I'm at the end of my cut, I'll be getting off of that soon. I just started Anabolic Pump, so we'll see how that goes

Good luck bro, dedication is key.. It's just like any other job, you half ass your business you make no money.. Now you run your buisness to the max and dedicate 110%, then you'll be successful. Same principle with bodybuilding!

All I can say is eat a lot of clean calories and train hard. Join some of the boards and look up information, I didn't have boards and forums when I was your age.. There's soo much info. out there it will put you ahead of the game. good luck..

Yea bro! Ido 10 mins of non stop abs 2-3 days per week. I start with 5 sets hanging leg raises and then 5 sets cable crunches, followed with 5 sets of ball crunches each set focus on failure not reps
