Billy is nearly always there. His office is the door behind the till going upstairs, passed the boxing rooms. He can 'help' if you're serious about it but you'll need to gain his trust. Have you started yet?

Going well. Losing more weight and got back to the gym. Broke my knee cap over Christmas so that set me back. Hows yours going?

lol, I know what you mean. He's used to rotation but he really needs to stop messing about in the important games and play players that work well together. Crouch was terrible.

Thanks and congratulations again. I didn't know there was a US game, who was playing and the final score? Forearms are a good size pumped, but my biceps grow dead slow lol. I'm out of proportion to my legs as well but hopefully my new routine will keep growing them as there's improvement.

Nice! I have seen lacrosse a few times but never a full match. It gets shown once in a while that I know of but I don't know of a channel that shows it regularly. Though I haven't watched much television the past 2 years or so. How did you get involved?

Thanks man. Yep, mostly if not all was fat. Got tired of looking at myself in the mirror so I set a plan out. My next goal is to get to 200lbs but keep my 16 inchs in my bis. Its harder than I thought and than the other weight I lost. Thanks for stopping by bro.
