Started off about a year ago, just working in the back garden with a rusty weight set of a barbell and dumbells, just doing bench press (from the floor) and curls. Then around December, I started going to a gym and then started watching what I eat. started taking protein and other supps before sorting out my diet and managed to lose 3 stone.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and it's a better hobby than doing drugs or going out to get pissed.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and not seeing what I want to see keeps me motivated enough.

Strong contraction on the exchange and using three exercises to hit every bicep head. Compound exercises help build mass while isolations can focus the peak more.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
All, I respond quite well to tricep development, but overhead tricep extensions and reverse cable pulls are my favourite.
My workout routine varies at times depending on how I feel when in the gym. However I shall list my usual exercises which I enjoy and feel benefit me. I workout three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However at times when work gets in the way, I may alter my day to say Tue, Wed...

Did you watch the US Football game? Was it a big deal at all over there?
It is a blast as him and I get to go for free airfare and we get hosted by British families so housing is free. It is funny watchin those guys hitting the pubs. Last time we were there, I must of has 1-2 curries a night after I hit the pubs. We go to Wales to Canarvan Castle and to London on day trips and see the country as well as play 6 games and 2 tournaments.
My partner in my lax company is from Manchester area (Altrincham)and when I was young (9 yrs old) my youth rec council did an exchange program. So when I started my training program, which includes youth indoor leagues and camps, we decided to do an exchange program for HS (14-18 yr olds).
My soccer team is Manchester City. I am glad they are under new ownership, they should have more money for better pickups.
I am nervous about finding out about being a company rep on the board. I really want to use my knowledge by helping people and helping the company. I am just an honest individual dedicated to weightlifting and athletic training.
I take a lacrosse team to tour England every 2 years for 2.5 weeks in an exchange program. We hosted this summer and will be going over next summer for the World Games. We usually stay in the Manchester area, which is the "hotspot" for lax in England.

I know my arms are decreasing, but not too sure. I'm gonna take measurements at the end of this current log and for the start of my Pro-Anabol log. Hopefully by the end of that, I can be down to about 210ish at 6%. Then the bulk begins with, hopefully, Furazadrol!
