Cheers buddy. Pretty good mate, gives you a real buzz! Dont taper up to the maximum dosage if you try them just take max straight off. anything lower and i didnt really feel anything. Will :-)

thanks for the kind words on my blog. I feel some what confident about my goals! It is soo weird cuz when u start eating bad you don't wanna stop and it's just a downward spiral.... but when u eat good and force yourself to keep it up (which is the hardest part) you actually wanna eventually keep it up!
