My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

MY Weekly Work-out.

Monday- Bi-cep and Back. Cardio (ABS)

Tuesday-Legs quads and hamstrings

Wednesday-Cardio (ABS)

Thursday- Chest and Tri-cpes

Friday-Shoulders and Calfs Cardio (ABS)

Saturday- Start over or if body needs rest i give it rest and i start on Sunday agian.

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

It's health, it works for me. I highly Recommend you give it a shot. Every 2 weeks or so i will change my Nutrition plan.

MEAL #1 Breakfast

3/4 cup Non-Fat, No-Sugar Added Yogurt

 1 cup Low Fat Granola Cereal or just Cherrios

 

MEAL #2- Mid-Morining

3.5oz Ground Turkey Breast

2 Wheat Pita Pockets

2 Cups Green Pepper

 

MEAL #3- Lunch

5oz Ground Beef

3 Cups peeled Cucumber

Multivitamin Capsuls

 

Meal #4 Mid-afternoon

4oz Ground Turkey Breast

1 Grapefruit

2 cups Green Pepper

 

Meal#5- Dinner

5.5oz Ground Beef

3/4 Cup Red Potato

2-1/2 cups Peeled Cucumber

 

Meal #6 Before Bed (option)

30g Protein Powder

EBSfitnow2012 Wow, that's crazy!! That's good though if you are all healed up. Are you still going to try for a contest this year? I'm doing ok. I'm still lifting. I'm just biding time till I can totally clean up my diet. I started my school, I'm really excited for that. I've been researching and researching. I think I put on a little bit more muscle.
